Grant Bridge stretching across the Ohio River from Kentucky into Portsmouth by U S Route 23 (Chillicothe Street) Also known as the Fullerton Bridge, it opened in 1927 as a toll bridge, became toll free in 1974,and was razed in 2001. The new U. S. Grant bridge was completed in 2006.
