and the Gallia Street High School - Description
- The Gallia Street High School was located at northwest Corner of Gallia and Waller Streets. After 1909 plans were drawn up for a new school building because there were too many students and not enough room. Students attended the old school until 1912 when the new one was constructed on the property of the Davis High School building after it was razed.
