Our new bookmobile is finally here! Join us in celebrating our newest addition to the Scioto County Public Library. We will have bookmobile tours, light refreshments and we will be giving out prizes! There will be a ribbon cutting with the Portsmouth Area Chamber of Commerce at 5PM.
