David Wilson Memorial Viaduct, formerly known as the Young Street Viaduct, was closed for repairs and construction, December 13, 1986. The viaduct re-opened on August 2, 1990, to fanfare and a new name honoring the former City Auditor responsible for appropriating the funds for the project.
