Tinted image of the First Presbyterian Church Building at 221 Court Street at the corner of Third ( 3rd) Street. It was built about 1850 and has walls made of two-foot thick native brick. It is listed on the National Historic Register.

After the success of the First Presbyterian Church, the Second Presbyterian Church was constructed at Waller and Eighth (8th) Streets in 1875. On December 3, 1911, the new building of "Humellstown Brownstone" was dedicated at the same location. The post mark date of 1915 indicates this view is the inside of the 1911 building.
